Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancel Anytime
You can cancel your COR Brief subscription at any time from your account settings, or by emailing jamie@corbrief.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep full access to daily briefings, the AI assistant, and any custom verticals through the date your subscription would have renewed.
No Refunds for Partial Billing Periods
We do not pro-rate or refund partial billing periods on cancellation. If you cancel mid-month, your subscription remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and we do not bill you again after that.
Token allowances reset on the first day of each billing period and do not roll over. Unused tokens at the time of cancellation are not refundable in cash or credit.
Refunds for Double-Billing or Service Failure
We will refund your most recent payment in full if any of the following applies:
- You were charged twice for the same billing period
- Your subscription was charged after you cancelled
- The Service was materially unavailable for an extended portion of the billing period due to an outage on our side
- Daily briefings stopped delivering for reasons under our control and we were unable to restore service within a reasonable timeframe after you reported the issue
To request a refund under this section, email jamie@corbrief.com with your account email and a brief description of the issue. We process eligible refunds within 7 business days of acknowledging the request, returned to the original payment method via Stripe.
No Money-Back Guarantee
COR Brief does not currently offer a blanket money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. If the product is not a fit, you can cancel before your next billing date and we will not charge you again. If you believe you are owed a refund for a reason not covered above, contact us — we will read every message and respond personally.
How to Cancel
You can cancel in either of two ways:
- From your account settings inside the subscriber portal — the cancellation is processed immediately and effective at the end of your current billing period.
- By emailing jamie@corbrief.com from the email address on your account — we'll process the cancellation manually within one business day and send you confirmation.
